Hi, I’m Parri-the owner and creative heart behind Wedge & Cured.

I’ve always believed that some of life’s best conversations happen around a table filled with good food. What started as a love of entertaining friends and family has grown into a business centered around helping people celebrate life’s biggest moments and its simplest ones.

Every board I create is designed with intention. I shop for fresh, seasonal ingredients, carefully pair flavors and textures, and arrange every element by hand so it looks just as incredible as it tastes. No two boards are ever exactly alike because I believe your gathering deserves something made especially for you.

Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner, celebrating a milestone, planning a corporate event, or looking for an unforgettable grazing table, my goal is simple-to create something beautiful that allows you to slow down, gather together, and enjoy the moment.

When I’m not building boards, you’ll find me teaching hands-on charcuterie workshops or leading corporate team-building experiences where creativity, collaboration, and a little friendly competition come together over incredible food.

As a longtime Forest Grove resident, I love serving our local community throughout Washington and Yamhill counties and helping make celebrations both large and small feel effortless and memorable.
